	In many cases used steel provides a perfectly acceptable alternative to new being structurally as strong as new steel with price advantages. In this category we include new downgraded steel where we regularly obtain parcels.
Downgraded or seconds are essentially new steel with some minor imperfections. These imperfections can be bad paint finish, insufficient galvanising, wall thickness off standard, weld faults or non standard lengths. As well used steel there is also a small range of secondhand machinery.
